Lucky is a young pup with an old soul that is incredibly mellow, affectionate and loyal. This precious Frenchie wants to be the center of your world and is always on the hunt for snuggles - he can often be found waiting patiently at the edge of the shower, resting his head on his foster mom's laptop, and sharing the pillow and blankets at bedtime. Lucky always wants to be close to his companion so he would prefer that you don't disappear from the house for work for long hours each day. When out in public, Lucky is a sweet, social butterfly that can be found cuddled up on the lap of a stranger or getting pets from a passerby. He is quick to win over the hearts of others.
Lucky has learned a lot from the resident dog - a 5-year-old French Bulldog - including how to:
Walk on a leash
Run up and down stairs
Use the dog door for potty breaks
Play tug-of-war
Chew a bone (Lucky's favorite pastime)
Lucky has a condition called megaesophagus which requires him to take daily medicine and eat three smaller meals each day out of the cutest doggie high chair. This routine has helped him hold down all his food and start to gain some much-needed weight.
A true best friend, Lucky is waiting to see if you are his match!
