Meet Nugget, the doggo who's got the world fooled with his spaced out look, but don't let that look face you! Nugget is in the correct orbit and just happens to be a pro at going with the flow. This good-natured pup enjoys frolicking in the field with brother Shaydo, chasing tennis balls, and quietly exploring his surroundings. He has adapted to shelter life surprisingly well but would appreciate a home of his own. He seeks owners who are inquisitive but appreciate the value of "chill. So, if you are looking for an amiable dog who could be a genius in disguise, Nugget is your guy!

More about this shelter

CCA was founded in 1980 by a small group of individuals dedicated to helping animals. Since then, our group has grown to include a small shelter. Our group's mission is varied: to maintain a shelter for abandoned, sick or injured animals; to adopt out dogs and cats to loving permanent homes; to provide for their animals low-cost spay/neuter assistance to families who lack the means to pay; and to strive to prevent and to stop abuse and/or neglect of an animal.
