My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***This is a courtesy listing. Please contact the person in bio for more information***

Meet Freddie! This handsome fellow is ready to find his forever home. Freddie is a neutered male, up to date on all his shots as of October 23, 2023. He joined our care in December of 2022, coming from Freedom Fences in Anderson.

Freddie is an active and playful companion who loves a good game of fetch. He's house trained and knows several commands, making him a well-behaved and intelligent addition to any family. His favorite activities include running in the yard and indulging in the timeless pursuit of chasing squirrels.

It's important to note that Freddie would thrive best as the only pet in the home, as he prefers to be the center of attention. While he may not be leash trained, his friendly and sociable nature makes him a delightful companion for anyone looking for a loyal and devoted furry friend.

If you're interested in providing Freddie with a loving forever home, please contact Matt at matthewhuberecon@gmail.com for more information . He can't wait to meet you and become a cherished part of your family!

More about this shelter

CCA was founded in 1980 by a small group of individuals dedicated to helping animals. Since then, our group has grown to include a small shelter. Our group's mission is varied: to maintain a shelter for abandoned, sick or injured animals; to adopt out dogs and cats to loving permanent homes; to provide for their animals low-cost spay/neuter assistance to families who lack the means to pay; and to strive to prevent and to stop abuse and/or neglect of an animal.

We are always in need of volunteers! If you are interested in becoming a part of our group, please let us know by calling 864.243.4222. We'd be glad to have you on board!
