Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Brio, the charming 8-month-old Pit Mix with a coat as captivating as his personality. This handsome boy was found as a stray, and now he's on the lookout for a loving home where his affectionate nature and athletic spirit can thrive. Brio would thrive in a home where his athleticism can be celebrated and his loving nature reciprocated. An active family or individual who enjoys outdoor activities and playtime would be an ideal match for this charming Pit Mix. Don't miss the opportunity to make this strikingly handsome pup a cherished member of your family, where he will bring happiness, companionship, and a whole lot of love. Apply for Brio at heberspringshumanesociety.com
Brio’s adoption fee is $100.00 and includes first shots, worming, and sterilization. Optional microchipping and registration is available for an additional $20.00. We have a dog park to check compatibility with existing dogs if needed. Fill out an adoption application at heberspringshumanesociety.com and a volunteer will contact you. The adoption application is NOT on Adopt a Pet. You must apply on our Heber Springs Humane Society website.

More about this shelter
Our orginzation was founded by Doug Bakko. Funds were raised to build the original shelter on land donated. The shelter has since been expanded using donations and fund raisers. We are the only Shelter in Cleburne County. Our operating funds come from our Thrift Shop, donations, fund raisers and some assistance from the city of Heber Springs, surrounding towns in Cleburne County. We work very hard keeping animals happy and healthy. We do this because we love animals and want to give them a safe haven and every chance possible to go to a loving home.
