Here's what the humans have to say about me:
At 3 months old, Fonzie has already mastered the art of being a sweetheart. Fonzie loves snuggling, cuddling, and soaking up all the affection you're willing to give. He also has a spunky attitude that will keep you entertained and amused while bringing you joy and laughter. Fonzie is looking for a family that will include him as a family member and let him sleep with his favorite person at night. He would love a fenced in yard to run and play safely with lots of toys and treats. If you're ready for a daily dose of puppy kisses, wagging tails, and unconditional love, come meet Fonzie, our adorable Pit mix! Visit heberspringshumanesociety.com to learn more about Fonzie and how you can make him part of your family.
Fonzie’s adoption fee is $100.00 and includes first shots, worming, and sterilization at 6 months from one of our chosen vets. Optional microchipping and registration is available for an additional $20.00. Please fill out an adoption application at heberspringshumanesociety.com and a volunteer will contact you. The adoption application is NOT on Adopt a Pet. You must apply on our Heber Springs Humane Society website.

More about this shelter
Our orginzation was founded by Doug Bakko. Funds were raised to build the original shelter on land donated. The shelter has since been expanded using donations and fund raisers. We are the only Shelter in Cleburne County. Our operating funds come from our Thrift Shop, donations, fund raisers and some assistance from the city of Heber Springs, surrounding towns in Cleburne County. We work very hard keeping animals happy and healthy. We do this because we love animals and want to give them a safe haven and every chance possible to go to a loving home.
