Hello, I’m Freida and you’ll know me by my golden eyes and the small white spot under my black nose. I also have some small black freckles on my snow-white toes. My sister Fresia is black and white like me, but my eyes set me apart. I like to stare and give you the full effect of my bewitching eyes. If you are trying to take a picture, I want to stare you down just two inches from your face! No doubt you will want to pick me up and get a closer look. Ha! Tricked you! And while you’re holding me, can I get a kiss and a snuggle? If you don’t pick me up right away, I will put my front feet on your knee or calf and stretch to remind you, I’m a very flexible and cute kitten. Now can you pick me up?!
I am quite athletic when I’m not hypnotizing you with my eyes. I like to go under the bed then run out and jump on the bed and the cat tower and the dresser and the nightstand and side chair and ottoman and whoops, need to catch my breath. I also like water, and jumping into the bathroom sink and the bathtub when they are damp is a favorite hobby. I had a mishap once with an open toilet lid; good thing it was clean water for my random swimming lesson!
I like to suckle the edge of my cat bed and go to sleep after all that running around. I was born in late August, so I still have some baby kitten behaviors, no shame in that. I make biscuits and turn on my purr motor, ready to nap with another kitten, cat, or human. I’m kid-friendly and find them fascinating. Do they ever sit still? Why do they have all those toys? Are we sure that kids aren’t just larger, funny looking kittens?
I’m a big fan of exploring my foster home, too, and meeting up with the resident cats for nose boops and sometimes hisses. I’m not afraid. I may be small, but I stand my ground and then dart off to the next adventure. I’d love to find a home that will adopt me with sister Fresia, or one that already has built in fun with other kittens or friendly cats. I promise to provide entertainment for hours on end and also be there when you need a quiet companion. Look into my eyes…you’re getting sleepy, very sleepy!
Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested.
