She is house broken, enjoys play time and requires a secured fenced yard for running and exercise. Henrietta adores people and does well with teenagers and adult, she especially likes cuddling. She is not fond of sharing her time, love and food with other pets, and therefore must be the only fur-child in the family. She loves her special person so much that she wants all the attention and love to herself. Henrietta was found as a stray, therefore is looking for a home who understands that at some point she didn't have anything, so finds it hard to share her toys and food. We conduct a home check for every potential adoption, ensuring a safe environment. Homes MUST have a physical secured fenced in yard.

Adoption Fees are $200 per pet, which pays for up-to-date vaccinations, spay/neuter, deworming and heart worm prevention and microchip.
Applicants are required to sign a contract.

"MATCHING PETS WITH PEOPLE". ARF is a small, but very active group of volunteers in south Louisiana who are saving, vetting and caring for dogs rescued from the streets, the pounds, the hurricanes and from owner surrenders. We screen applicants and do home visits to be sure we are matching our pets with the right people!
