My name is PeeWee!

PeeWee is an awesome 5 year old boy who was abandoned in his home when his owners moved out. Despite this traumatic event, PeeWee doesn't let his past affect his future. At over 100lbs PeeWee greets strangers beautifully and enjoys going for walks with anyone willing to take him. He has played with some dogs at the shelter and has done very well. He can sometimes be reactive to dogs while on leash, but can be redirected with verbal commands and treats. PeeWee loves to give slobbery kisses and is extremely smart. He knows all of his basic commands (even paw!) and eagerly works for treats. His pace while walking is slow and relaxed and after some exercise he would enjoy a nice nap on a dog bed or couch. PeeWee is ready to start fresh with a new family who will be with him until the end. He has been a wonderful guest in our care and appears to be housebroken.
