Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cheerio, ol' chaps, Scooter here. I am a 15-pound Shih Tzu mix with wire hair, estimated to be 5 years old. I was in an overcrowded shelter when one of the ladies from Multiple Breed Rescue came in. I have a lot of medical issues and Multiple Breed Rescue stepped in to help me with them. I am crate and potty trained. I walk well on a leash. I like the smaller dogs and the cats in my foster home. So now for my medical issues….though I am young, I am blind in one eye and my vision in my “good” eye is not great and I am hard of hearing. While I am a little guy, I prefer to lay in my bed, not on a lap, I will come to you when I want some attention. The folks at Multiple Breed Rescue never back away from helping dogs with needs like mine. I am available for foster to adopt until my medical needs are taken care of. If you have a heart for someone like me, I hope you will head over to apply for me.
All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters.
