Pearl came to our rescue with one eye from a rural animal control. We have no idea how she lost the eye.
She is a very sweet, playful and inquisitive kitty. She is talkative and dog like. She will follow you around telling you all about her day and does not hide from strangers Pearl is selective about other cat friends. The cats she gets along with are laid back males. She does not deal well with in your face or aggressive cats.

Our adoption fees:
Cats range from $150 to $175. Exotic breeds may be more.
Dogs range from $250 to $350. High demand puppies and small dogs may be more.
This fee includes: felv/fiv/heartworm testing, worming, flea and ear mite treatments, age-appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, lab work, dental or other medical or surgical treatments as deemed necessary by our team of veterinarians and a microchip with free registration.

St. Louis Pet Rescue is a non-profit rescue group focusing on saving pets from local animal control facilities and other neglect situations.
We do not have a facility. All of the pets we rescue are in loving foster homes. Foster homes provide love, care training, and, if needed, rehabilitation to the pets. This also allows the pet to be more adjusted when they enter their forever home since they are used to a home environment (versus a kennel at the pound).
