Hi, I’m Belle! I just arrived from South Korea and I’m so happy to be here. I’m 1.5 years old and am looking forward to having a long and happy life in my new forever home. 1. Adoption application review by WHDR board
2. Adoption application approval
3. Meet and greet
4. Home safety check
5. Final approval and adoption finalized
