Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Loki is a healthy six-year-old my sister adopted from a shelter as a puppy. If I could describe him in one word, it would be: sweetheart. He will be wherever his people are: on your feet, at your side, or right outside the bathroom door! He loves belly rubs, butt scratches, car rides, exploring, bird watching, chewing (but only on his toys!), being talked to, and lazing around with his people. He's good by himself and can be left alone for hours at a time. He's a smart cookie, extremely treat driven, and 100% cute!
The last month has been very hard on him. He's scared of new people now and doesn't know they can be nice to him. We are hoping to find someone who has experience with anxious dogs or at least the patience to find the sweet baby underneath. He would do best in a relaxed home that doesn't constantly have new people coming and going.
All we ask for him is a home that will love him as much as we do. If you need a best buddy and a little more love in your life, he's your man.
