My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bo (fka Zach) is around 60 pounds of chunky love. His life down south didn’t start off well, but you would never know by his personality. As a puppy he was found with a deeply embedded collar. The collar was removed, and he spent the next few months healing in a home with dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. When his neck was healed (he still has a scar), he tested positive for Heartworm. He was treated for HW and is fully recovered. Due to the embedded collar he has neck roll that makes him unique. His personality is outstanding, he wakes up happy and ready to take on the world every day. He can be a little goofy at times. Bo is also a heart dog, so the lucky adopter who chooses him should be prepared to love him with their entire heart. He loves to cuddle with you and stay nearby his humans. Bo loves toys especially Benebones, and stuff he can chew on. He will throw toys up in the air and play. Bo knows how to sit and he loves being rewarded with treats. He is very gentle taking them from your hand. He is crate trained and house trained. He loves car rides and is very well behaved during them.
