Tyche and sibling Yoshi, are coming to us with a unusual situation. Tyche was abused. She was given to a lunatic by the rescuer and she was returned two days later, completely shaved head to toe. It must have been difficult, and completely terrifying for this tiny kitten to be removed of all her fur for no reason. She was very long haired just like her three siblings and came back completely naked. That is not easy to shave a two pound kitten, she must have been either knocked out or held down to have had this done to her. We got the two kittens from the rescuer and were completely horrified to see her condition. We are glad to be able to rescue her. These bonded kittens are sweet and outgoing, and yet this poor baby is completely without her long beautiful coat she had just days ago.
We are looking for a compassionate adopter who can love this pair of siblings and let Tyche recover as her coat comes back in, it is going to take awhile to be as furry as she was just a few days ago.
Just shocking.....these kittens were all treated for fleas before Tyche was given to the lady. I do have her name and phone number and we are going to public ally name her so hopefully people will call her out for this gross deed she did to this tiny baby. If I had her address we'd be sending animal cruelty to her door. It's for reasons like this you don't just adopt to anyone.
