My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dango! He's a young, sweet boy full of energy who loves his toys. He would be great with an active family or with someone who has land where he can run and play. We're currently working on perfecting his leash skills and he already knows how to sit. At this time it's not known if he gets along with cats, but he does get along well with other dogs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention meds. Apply to adopt him at ghhs.org!

Additional adoption info

Adopters must be at least 19 years old.

If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord and pet fees must be paid in advance.

If adopting into a family, we require all members of the family to be in agreement about adopting. For families that already include another dog, we typically require a meet and greet; this may be hosted on the GHHS property, or at the potential adopter's home.

Some animals may require a home inspection.

Verification of current pet(s) vaccine/vet records.
