My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Minnie came to us after we received a phone call from The Danville Police Department who were needing assistance with a dog that had been found by a member of the public in pretty rough shape and obvious distress. It is believed that she was very likely hit by a car, leaving her with some trauma to her head and to her rear/ back legs.

Minnie is estimated to be 7 years old with the happiest little snorts and cutest little wobble to her walk, that is sure to just make your heart happy when you see it. She has been enjoying going on her daily walks around the property, playing with her toys, but especially loves getting all the attention and love she's been looking for.

Minnie seems to do well with other dogs and although, she may be a little timid at first, she is social with people (but would be best in a home with older children). A meet and greet would be required at our shelter for any potential canine siblings.

Minnie is spayed, microchipped & up to date on all her vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting Minnie, please go to our website: www.nokillarc.org to fill out a pre-approval form (it can be located under the ‘adoptable dogs' section).
