Meet Jensen, this handsome boy has been through some stuff...his tail is shorter, he has an old eye injury and a tipped ear which makes him unique.  He has been tested, neutereed, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and ready for his own home.  Please email sgreaser@gmail.com for more information.

We require an adoption application, contract, home visit, reference checks, ID verification, etc. Fees are commensurate with the vetting the pet has received - typically around $90.

More about this rescue

Focus is on saving pets from the local Monongalia Canine Adoption Center (MCAC) but we support the general public to help them rehome pets as needed. Our target is to help the MCAC to reduce euthanasia due to lack of homes. We work closely with the MCAC staff to specifically target the hard placement cases whether due to health, behavior or breed unpopularity issues - in addition to overcrowding.
We evaluate/temperament test each pet to try to give it the most accurate and descriptive profile to ensure a forever home placement - either through us or through screened and approved rescue groups.
