My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

** COURTESY POST **

** This animal is NOT at the Rowlett Animal Shelter, so please do not inquire with them **

** For information contact Jessica at jessbryson777@gmail.com **

Hunter is looking for a loving forever home. He is a big ball of enjoy and needs physical and mental stimulation every day. If he doesn't get his needs met he will become very destructive.
He enjoys going on hikes, boulder climbing, swimming, kayaking, camping and road trips.
Due to Hunter being a velcro dog he has major separation anxiety and needs to be with his person majority of the time.
He would do best on a family farm or some who has some land where he can be your side outside and help you with daily chores. He does not enjoy having other doges in his personal space so he would do best being the only dog. He enjoys playing and being around older children ages 10 and up. He would be a great addition to any outdoor enthusiasts family or rancher that is looking for a combination to protect and serve their family and property.

More about this rescue

Friends of Rescue Animals (FRAs) is a 501(c)(3) all volunteer non-profit organization.  FRAs was founded in 2004 and started off with 4 volunteers that wanted to support the Rowlett Animal Shelter.

Our organization has grown to 400 volunteers supporting both the Rowlett Animal Shelter and the Garland Animal Shelter. With this growth now we are able to host multiple off-site adoption events, sponsor heartworm treatments program, operate our own cat rescue program, and so much more!
