My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

‘I am handsome, and I know it!’ Oh boy. Joeys got this theme in his head. Every day he struts around like he is the hottest new thing in town. Oh, let me tell you. When Joey walks by, you will turn your head and look. Joey is right. He IS stunning! Beautifully built, massive broad shoulders and chest and so very tall. He towers over most huskies. And that face. Oh yes, that face is worth getting a whiplash for 😊 He is uncle to the Vikings puppies, and it shows. And the coolest thing? He has a personality to match his gorgeous looks. He is just an all-around super wonderful boy. Social and overly friendly, Joey is always happy. When he is not strutting his stuff, he is bouncy. When meeting Joey, he will come right into your space. No inhibition. He will give you a sniff or two to check you out, and then he is on to the next person. He knows how to work a room. Joey doesn’t care much about toys. He prefers to just play with humans or run around and expects you to run with him and get crazy. Being part Husky, he does Husky things. He can scale a fence ☹ Joey walks well on a leash. He doesn’t pull much. Sometimes Joey gets carried away with excitement and can get a little humpy :/

Joey is about a year old, 60lb Samusky. He is social and friendly with people and dogs. He is crate and housetrained, although he will throw the biggest hissy fit when he knows he is about to spend some time in the crate. He will settle down and pout. Joey is looking for a home where he could be the center of your world. Outdoor adventures, couch time, pets and lots of ‘good boy’ praises.
