My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Scampy!

Hello there, my name is Scampy, and I am here looking for my forever people. As an adult dog, I no longer chew on things I shouldn't, and I do my pottying business outside like a good boy. I'm about 20 pounds, and even though I'm just a little guy, I have gotten along with all the dogs I have met and have even done well meeting cats! But mostly, I love humans. I haven't met any tiny humans, but the teenagers and older kiddo I have met I just adore, like I do adults!

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my people. We could go for walks or snuggle on the couch together. I also enjoy toys to play with! I love food, except carrots, and will happily take a treat any time you offer one. I'll follow you from room to room, and once I get tired, I'll find a dog bed and lay down to take a quick snooze. I'm not a fan of being let home without my humans, so I am hoping to find myself a retired human or one that works from home so we can spend all of our time together. Heck, you can even take me with you to go get groceries, too, because you can just shop online and then go pick them up! If you must leave, I'll be okay, I'll just voice my displeasure with the situation. There has to be someone out there who wants to love me and spend lots of time with me, right? I promise to love you in return! You just let my people know if you'd like to bring me home with you!
