Are you looking for an icy blue eyed boy to steal your heart? Look no further! Ridge is your man. He does wonderful with the other 5 dogs in his foster home and gets along with everyone. He’s been around kids ages 9 and 13. He is fostered with 5 cats but is not great with them and will chase them if they run. If he were to live with a cat it would likely have to be a more assertive cat. He does pretty well with grooming, does well in his kennel, has not had any accidents in the house, and walks very well on a leash. He is not a typical, loud, excitable, super talkative husky. He does give some cute “awoo’s” when we come home and he’s excited to see us. He came into foster with a mass on his leg that has now been surgically removed and tested, and was found to be benign.
He had been in a shelter setting for a few months so he was a little unsure of house life but since being in his foster home he has been doing great. He tends to shy away from men but is getting much better and has been seeking out attention from men. He’s a very nice, easy going boy and he would make a great addition to any family given the proper adjustment period.
