Welcome Kelani to CCPAL Rescue Foster Program. Kelani is a 2-year-old Aussiedoodle. She weighs 36 pounds so you can tell her size is mostly hair. She has the poodle coat so she will be a non-shedding dog and will need grooming to stay beautiful. She is good with cats, kids and other dogs. She is potty trained, good in a crate and likes car rides. Her family must down size so she is now looking for a new home. Her only negative is that she can climb a fence if left unattended in the yard. She is very happy in her current home and has not tried once to climb the pallet fence. She is smart and knows the sit command. She lives in a mostly female family so she really likes females more right now. She is friendly to strangers but a little shy. She bonds deeply to her human and is absolutely adorable. Due to her wonderful temperament, looks and highly sought out breed, she will get a number of applications. We are a small group and will not have time to call each of you to answer questions. Please read the bio and watch the video. We put as much information in those to help you with your questions and decision to apply. Once we have selected an adopter, we will be in touch with you after we have called your references and vet. Thank you for understanding. She is healthy, vaccinated and spayed. She is ready for her new forever home. We would like someone familiar with the breed. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.
