Rufus is a big, confident lovebug who plays hard and loves even harder. He had a tough start in life as outdoor circumstances resulted in a URI & eye infections. With medication, we were able to save both his eyes but they both have some long-term damage (cloudiness). His vision isn't perfect but that doesn't slow him down a bit. Rufus is a lover and is always ready to play, especially with his scrunchy balls, which he'd like to bring along to his new home. He gets along well with other nondominant cats and loves to run around with them. He can be a bit of a diva at night as he expects to snuggle up with his humans and is always the first one in bed waiting. If he isn't on your pillow, he'll be cuddled up closely next to you.

He would love to go home with one of his foster siblings who he is already bonded with, but this is not a must as he would do well with other animals too. He has a good amount of energy since he's still young so having another furry friend in the house would be great. Rufus is so excited to find his ‘fur’ever home and share his vibrant personality with his new humans. Could it be you?

Rufus' adoption donation is $175 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
