My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mattis is a hunky guy and another pup in the running for best ears at PACC! He was found as a stray and stayed with his finder for several weeks before heading to the shelter. His finder described him as a very sweet boy who will benefit from a bit of love and training. He also did well in a crate while with his finder.

Mattis is a goofy, active, and energetic boy who loves to run and would make a great hiking or jogging buddy. Here’s what just a couple of his many fans at the shelter have said:

“Mattis is a sweet and playful guy. I’ve taken him to the play yard many times and he`s easy to leash up. He’s a strong boy and he loves to give kisses!”

“Mattis is a friendly and joyful guy. He is very treat-motivated and eager for his walks. He’s really friendly and steerable on a leash. I found Mattis to be very comfortable with handling. He’s cuddly and invited himself into my lap and settled down for some quality time. He had a perpetual smile during our time together and I loved him! A gallant, handsome, playful partner who is well worth getting to know!”

Mattis shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Mattis today!!
