If you ever wondered if werewolves are real, here’s your proof! We present Florence (aka Zigzagoon/Goon), the tiniest werewolf! She may not look like the ferocious monster you expect from a werewolf and she may get so excited to greet you that she pees a little, but trust us, she’s def a werewolf.
Florence came from a hoarding situation, so we expected her to need a ton of training to get back to being a house dog but that was absolutely not the case! She love love loves being with her fosters, as close as possible!! She is estimated to be 3-4 years old and weighs about 15lbs (but needs to keep gaining weight and muscle). She appears to be house broken and is comfortable in a crate. She is getting more and more confident everyday, but she is still jumpy around loud noises and fast movements. She is also very timid around new people but warms up quickly.
With the extreme progress we have seen in a few weeks in foster, we anticipate this will go away over time. With that in mind, we think she would need a relatively calm household with no young children. Because she is still fearful, she will need to be leash walked and not left in a yard unattended. She is good with other calm dogs. She would absolutely love a family that allows for her to be with people as much of the time as possible.
As long as you can manage a werewolf on a full moon, Florence may be your WereSoulmate!!!
*Also, if you wanted to name her Zigzagoon (and call her Ziggy or Goon like we have) because she looks and behaves just like the Pokemon of the same name, you will get preferential consideration!!
