Hey! I'm Franny! I'm a sweet and sassy girl looking for a home to call my own! When I first arrived at the Humane Society, I was really shy! All the sounds and smells really overwhelmed me. As time went on, I slowly started gaining my confidence. I started asking for attention more and more... I'm pretty much the CEO of this place now! I might be described as having "cat"titude by some, but regardless, everyone can agree that I am the cutest one here. Okay, well, there are some other cute kitties, I guess (the humans told me I had to be nice and add this part). But let's focus the attention back to yours truly. I'm a princess in my own right and my own right is that I would prefer to not live in a home with other furry creatures. I am a very sweet and affectionate kitty, so to have all of the attention to myself would be superb! I would love a home where I can sit by the window in the sunshine and watch the birds. And maybe the mailman, neighbors, squirrels, school bus... Hey, someone's gotta keep an eye on things! Oh, and if you weren't already head over heels in love with me already, I have been told I am the queen of head tilts. It doesn't get much cuter than that! Woodford Humane Society's Adoption Center is located at 265 Thomas Lane in Versailles, Kentucky.

The Woodford Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal organization located in Versailles, Kentucky. We provide shelter and care to the homeless and unwanted animals in Woodford County, surrounding counties, as well as animals from other states. We care for pets of all breeds and ages, with no time limit on their stay, and we are proud to maintain an annual placement rate of over 95%.
With no government funding, we are completely dependent on private contributions to continue to provide care to around a thousand animals each year.
Adoption fees include spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations and deworming while at our Adoption Center, feline leukemia and FIV screening for cats, heartworm screening for dogs, a microchip with a lifetime registration, a free veterinary checkup, and a starter bag of food.
