Here's what the humans have to say about me:
HI - I'M DANTE, and I am waiting for you! I'm a gorgeous Siberian Husky with blue eyes! I have a bit of sad history, but that doesn't impact my sweet disposition. I was picked up by animal control with my tail dangling, as if someone tried to cut it off by hand. As a result, the veterinarian had to amputate my tail, which was awful for me. But I'm doing great now and am a gorgeous white Siberian Husky nonetheless, simply without a tail. Despite this misfortune, I have a wonderful, loving, cheerful personality.
I am active and dog friendly (I had a kennel mate at the shelter), and people friendly, and I love to ride in the car and go for outings or road trips. The shelter labeled me at 6 years old, but my teeth are white so I am likely much younger. I would do best with an on-the-go person or people who can take me for walks and hikes and other outings. I'm currently in need of a foster or forever home and would love a home in the new year! Please email for an application.
