MEET DANDIE! Dandie is a beautiful 8-month-old bully girl who is full of love, inquisitive and playful. She was rescued from high kill shelter. She was emaciated and clearly neglected in the past. Someone left her on a busy intersection and she was very lucky to have NOT been hit by a car. Dandie loves people and pets and is very friendly with everyone she meets.
