BITE REPORT
The victim Catharine Haas was playing with the dog when the dog bit her causing a minor laceration on her right side of her nose. Victim was not on scene upon arrival. Owner no longer wanted to keep the dog he signed a Owner Animal Surrender Contract. The dog was submitted for shelter quarantine. Victim was not on scene on our arrival, but was reported to have already receive medical attention.
