Llegué a Humane Society of Puerto Rico en el 2023. No recuerdo mucho de mi vida antes de eso, pero sí recuerdo cómo me sentí al llegar: confundido, asustado… y con la esperanza de que las cosas mejorarían. Y poco a poco, lo hicieron.
Gracias a un hogar temporero, he tenido la oportunidad de experimentar lo que es estar rodeado de cariño. He compartido con otros perritos, he aprendido a convivir, a jugar, a confiar. Descubrí que me encanta la aventura, que tengo mucha energía, y que lo que más me gusta en el mundo es dar amor… y recibirlo también.
Soy un perrito alegre, curioso, leal y con un corazón enorme. Pero aún me falta algo para ser completamente feliz: un hogar para siempre.
Soñar con una familia que me quiera tal como soy, que me dé paseos, caricias, paciencia y un rinconcito donde descansar… ese es mi mayor deseo. Yo, a cambio, prometo darles todo el amor del mundo. ¿Y si ese hogar fuera el tuyo?

To adopt pet you must fill out an application and be interviewed by one of our Adoption Counselors. Once approved for the adoption, we ask for the donation that ranges betwee $65.00 - 475.00 for dogs and $55.00 - $65.00 for cats. Adopted cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and treated for ticks, fleas and earmites. Adopted dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for ticks and fleas, and tested for heart worms. The Rabies vaccine is also included in the adoption fee. We reserve the right to visit or call any adopters to check up on the animals progress and adaptation to the new home.
