My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Solider is very smart dog who loves one-on-one attention! He is healthy, crate trained, and up to date on bloodwork and shots. He picks up training quickly and is a large cuddle bug! He usually prefers to relax and lay around but does love to play and go for walks. He loves playing with toys - squeakers, plush, and "hard chewer" toys (all toys would be given to new owner). He loves the little dog bed over his larger one for some reason which we find so endearing. His current owners are looking to rehome Soldier due to his general anxiety. They feel Solider presents a concern for them having 2 small "curious" children who may accidentally provoke his anxiety. After much heartbreaking consideration, they have decided that he would be happier in a home without young children or other dogs or cats where he can receive the love and attention he deserves. A home where he does not have to be crated or separated all the time. His owners think he may have been abused in his past which may have led to his anxiety. He does take anti-anxiety medication which the new family would have to be willing to continue to provide him in order to ensure his anxiety is managed. Soldier is currently located in West Palm Beach, Florida. If you would like to learn more or meet Soldier, please contact Brittany Lipinski at 561-512-8357 or via email brittanylipinski16@gmail.com.
