My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Quest was rescued from an unfortunate adventure. This mini Australian shepherd had been dumped and was on the lam, running for safety. Fortunately, Quest was scooped up and is such a happy, playful pup. He’s about 2 years old and his favorite thing to do is to give kisses and cuddles. He absolutely adores toys, but his ideal pastime is lying at your feet while you work or read or do pretty much anything. He enjoys running and romping outside, but he’d prefer sticking with his person if given the chance.

Quest is hearing impaired and is learning hand signals. So far, he knows “sit,” “come," "stay," "no," and "down” He is learning shake.and could be persuaded to learn a lot more with the right tasty treats. Quest is good in his crate, is working on leash training, and is already potty trained!

Quest would like a home with a fenced-in yard where someone is around much of the day. Quest thinks people are so much cooler than other dogs, so he'd prefer being the only pup in the home, but it's not a requirement as he does get along fine with most dogs.

Quest is 100% Velcro and loves to snuggle at night with big contented sighs and will wake up his person with sweet puppy kisses. He is incredibly loving to his person but can be wary of new people. He is absolutely fantastic on a leash and loves going on walks.

He's gorgeous, floofy, smart, and fun. Now Quest just needs his forever family.
