Meet Sweetness! This gorgeous girl is estimated to be about 9 years old. She is a diabetic, and requires Insulin injections every 12 hours, as well as a prescription diet. ***CURRENTLY IN REMISSION*** She takes a little time to warm up, but once she does, all she wants is love! She did not do well in a previous home with active children or dogs, and is looking for a calm quiet place where she can relax. We are unsure how she is with other cats, but we suggest taking introductions slowly, and allowing time to adjust due to her shyness. ---------------------------------------- If you are interested in adopting, please visit The Women's Animal Center to fill out an application in person. We cannot accept any applications online or through email, and we cannot hold any specific animal for a potential adopter. You DO NOT need an appointment to walk through our shelter, so please stop by any time during our adoptions hours. You MUST follow the guidelines for our adoption process listed on our website (https://womensanimalcenter.org/our-animal-shelter/adoption-process-fees) to be able to meet and adopt one of our cats. As long as the animal you are interested in still has an active photo on our website, they are still at the shelter and available!
