My name is Chief Tzu!

Chief was born around September 22, 2011 and weighs about 8 pounds.  Chief is with us because his human passed away unexpectedly at a very young age. Chief will need another dog in his next home to help him make the transition as easy as possible.  Chief does well with all the other dogs here and we are told he is fine with cats and children.  Chief rides well in the car and walks nicely on a leash.  Chief will also stick with you when you are outside doing chores. You will have some potty training work to do but he has the basics down he just needs routine.  Chief received a much-needed dental on arrival and he has some age-related arthritis that would benefit from a Rimadyl type product from your vet.  He's rather active for a 13-year-old pup and gets around wonderfully!  Chief would like his next home to be his last.  A home that will cherish him for however long he has left and never let him feel heartbreak again.  
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $250.00

Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. 

 

Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
