Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The winter puppies are ready to go home! These sweet babies came to rescue at 4 weeks old when their mom died after eating rat poison. They have had some health battles to overcome and are recovering from a bad case of Demodex. They will need lots of TLC, good food and good care to help them look their best again!
Mr. Balto can't believe no one has chosen him to be their best friend. He is the right amount of play and snuggle. He is very handsome. He is trying so hard to be a good puppy and he can't wait to show you how smart he is. Because the weather has been so cold and he is missing some hair he is potty trained to pee pads. It was just to cold for his little self to be outside. He will likely pick up potty training quickly. He loves toys and loves to play. He is more laid-back than his sisters, and takes everything in stride. He is a lover.
We expect these puppies to be on the higher energy side and would benefit from another playful dog in the home and consistent regular exercise. A fenced yard would be great. They will likely not do well for long hours alone. They are only babies and are NOT potty trained or leash trained yet. They will need ongoing training.
They will need regular vet appointments to complete their vaccines.
To be considered please go to istodaymydayrescue.org and submit an application. They are being fostered in St Clair Mo. Their adoption fee is $295
