Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lorelai isn't your average sausage dog... this girl is Conecuh grade! Lorelai has a sweet personality and is happiest when getting belly rubs, sun bathing, and lounging by your side in a cozy spot. She has a beautifully expressive face with perfect brown eyebrows that highlight her dazzling smile. She also has a nose for the finer things in life! Let her take *you* on a leisurely walk and she'll point out all the best views and smells. At 50lb she is a little on the thick side but she told us that just means there is more to love. She is with other dogs in playgroups, but she would do best in a home without small dogs or cats. Lorelai is a loving, loyal companion who enjoys quiet time with her favorite people. She’d be happiest in an, adult-only (or older teens) home where she can relax and feel secure.

Adoption includes spay/neuter surgery, UTD vaccines, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV (cats), microchip and registration, and 30 days of free pet insurance.
Once you meet an animal you want to adopt, you'll fill out an application. We'll read through and go over it with you. Once that's approved we'll set up a counseling session to go over all paperwork with you.
Dogs must go home in a collar and leash and cats must leave in a carrier. Both of which can be purchased at the shelter. .
