Their adoption process
We check all vet and landlord references. Most of our cats are spayed and neutered before adoption or we try to help locate low cost spay/neuter clinics. All of our cats are rescues.
Adoption steps
- Interview
- We check veterinarian reference and landlord reference if renters. Your current and/or past pets must be up to date on shots and fixed.
- Approve Application
- After vet & rental info are approved, we schedule an in person meet & greet at our vet's office.
- Pay Fee
- Venmo @Heather-Suhadolnik-1, Paypal or cash
- Take the Pet Home
- We have foster homes in Broome and Tioga counties. We can try to arrange transportation if needed.

We do not have a shelter. We hold meet & greets at our veterinarian's office in Endicott NY. All of our cats are in private homes which allows us to know the personality, likes and dislikes of each one. We can help you find what you're looking for in your new furry family member. We will require a vet & landlord reference.
More about this rescue
We are a small, private rescue based in Broome County NY and rely solely on donations. We are a 501c3 so your donations will be tax deductible! Our primary goal is rescue, rehabilitation, sterilization and finding homes for stray/feral cats that have been socialized. When this is not possible TNR (trap, neuter and release) is our second goal to reduce the over population and prevent breeding in our neighborhoods. Our rescue is run by volunteers, so your patience is appreciated. We do not have a shelter- our rescues are all in private foster homes located in Broome County and Tioga Counties NY. All adoptions require a reference from your veterinarian, landlord and a non refundable adoption fee. We work with abandoned, feral and stray cats/kittens only. If you need to re-home your pet, please contact your local shelter or rescue.
