Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you an endurance athlete looking for someone who can finally keep up? Are you looking for a four-legged date to that dog-friendly brew pub? Want to have the best behaved dog at Lowe’s? Do you live on a quiet road or have a quiet place in your home away from road noise? Then Woody just may be the perfect guy for you.
Old enough to be done with those puppy antics, and still young enough to go, and go. Woody is a sweet gem of a hound! He would love to cuddle up with you at night, or any other time. And when you want to go Mt. Biking, hiking, or on that 15 mi training run, he’ll be there.
He loves to sniff but doesn’t give chase to other animals like most hounds do. On and off-leash trained, what more can you ask for? He just hates trucks roaring past his home. In the car or on leash doesn’t care so much but we’ve found living on a busy road may just be too much for him. We adopted him last year, a 36 lb. stray. Now this Goofy, happy-go-lucky, 55 lb. love hound is waiting for you!
