Meet Laverne! Laverne is a sweet girl. She loves belly rubs. She gets along with other cats. She loves to feather stick. She is beautifully marked and if you look from a certain angle, there is a heart on her. She was born on 4/28/2022. Could she help you fill a hole in your heart?

Laverne is spayed, microchipped, has a current Rabies and FVRCP (distemper) vaccination and is FeLV/FIV negative. She is ready to settle in her new home with you!

While there, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with all the adoptable cats and kittens. You are not obligated to adopt of course, but we do guarantee love connections!

Additional adoption info

We have a standard adoption contract.
We require applicants to have a vet.
Cats are to be indoors ONLY.
We do not allow declawing.
Adoption fees may vary depending on the breed of cat or the age - a standard adoption fee is $70.00.
Cats are FIV/FeLV tested, given vaccines, altered, de-wormed, and have a flea treatment as well.

Go meet their pets

One by One has two adoption centers located inside the Wyomissing and Temple PetSmart stores.
A volunteer is there generally on Saturday and Sunday from 11-2pm.
We also have once a month adoption weekends which are listed on our store calender and on our websites.

One By One is a no-kill, all volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit cat rescue. We care for our cats and kittens through a series of foster homes. Cats live with foster families as a real part of their family and are well socialized to a home enviroment. One By One is dedicated to helping adoptable housecats to find new and loving homes.
