SARAH is in New England and is available for meet and greets with approved applicants!

SARAH and her sister KASEY are a bonded pair and both were left with a local shelter after their human mom and dad divorced. Both SARAH and her sister KASEY are good with other dogs, big people and the little ones! Both are house-trained and walk great on a leash. Neither of them have shown any kind of destructive behaviors in the home and should not need a crate!

Most of our Meets are done virtually due to Covid as well as successful adopters are often geographically distanced. Fosters and potential adopters arrange "Facetime" meetings.

More about this rescue

A Lab for Life (ALL) provides a compassionate life-line to abandoned dogs that includes a safe haven, medical care by a licensed veterinarian, nutrition (food) and a fur-ever family through adoption. ALL promotes the humane treatment of animals in the community.

ALL was founded in July 2020 by a group of dog advocates in central Oklahoma and
Northeastern US after some had been volunteering with an out of state rescue for over 5 years. That experience solidified a local organization was needed. ALL formed to rescue as many stray, homeless and owner surrendered dogs as possible by partnering with many state-wide shelters and rescue operations. In addition to transferring homeless dogs from the shelters, fostering them in temporary homes and adopting them out, we also provide behavioral and medical resources to people who are considering surrendering their dog in an effort to keep the dog in their homes and out of the shelter/rescue system.
ALL operates under the 5 freedoms for animal welfare.
