Lacie is a fun-loving, energetic 2-year-old sweetheart who’s ready to find her forever family! She loves spending time outside, playing tug-of-war, and showing off her impressive hops (don’t worry, she hasn’t tried to jump a fence!). She would thrive in a home with a secure fenced yard for all her outdoor adventures. And no cats for this girl, she finds them a little too exciting!
Lacie gets along wonderfully with dogs her size and age, and she adores being part of the action with her people. Because she can get excited and jump up when she’s happy, a home with older kids would be ideal. She’s smart, eager to learn, and already knows basic commands—she just needs someone willing to continue her training and help her shine.
She sleeps quietly in her crate overnight but can become anxious when crated and left alone. She’s not a fan of stuffed beds (she prefers to “redecorate” them ), but with patience, structure, and plenty of positive guidance, she’ll continue to build confidence.
To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
