My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Malachi, an almost 12-yr old, medium/large-sized sweetheart. He’s house trained and absolutely charming. Malachi is just the best companion, so it’s hard to believe he was found and unclaimed as a stray.

As are all EARS dogs, he is up-to-date in vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and currently receiving flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Effingham Animal Rescue Sanctuary (EARS) is a fully foster-based, donation-based, and volunteer-run 501(c)3 organization with three areas of focus: Foster & Adopt, Spay & Neuter, and Charitable/Critical Care Assistance. EARS was formed in 2010, and has been devoted to helping animals find loving homes, receive the medical care they need, and aid the community in pet care ever since.
