Effingham Animal Rescue Sanctuary (EARS) is a fully foster-based, donation-based, and volunteer-run 501(c)3 organization with three areas of focus: Foster & Adopt, Spay & Neuter, and Charitable/Critical Care Assistance. EARS was formed in 2010, and has been devoted to helping animals find loving homes, receive the medical care they need, and aid the community in pet care ever since.
