My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Millie has beautiful soft light grey fur and the coolest eyes on a cat ever. She is a bit shy, but once comfortable she loves her pets, wet food and a nice window. She is good with other cats (It'd be amazing if someone would adopt her and her feral friend Temple) and ok with dogs. In fact, she will pet herself on just about anyone or anything. She is an older lady, who'd love to retire from her office life and into a nice warm home. If you are interested in giving Millie a comfy place to live out her senior years (and possibly her friend Temple), please fill out an application at www.tahoewarf.org.April 29, 2024, 8:47 pm

We have a network of foster homes where the animals reside while waiting for adoption. Our website is kept updated with adoptable animals. We are building a sanctuary which will house adoptable animals and permanent residents.

On occasion we do adoptions at various locations. Check our website or Facebook for details.
