Oliver was turned into the Riverside shelter as a stray the day after Christmas. He was dirty and matted and clearly lived a life of neglect. Despite this, Oliver is the sweetest most kissy boy ever! Oliver is a 1 year old, 16 lb Shih Tzu mix with that timeless black and white pattern. He gets along great with new people he meets and he loves other dogs. Oliver is well mannered around the home, is house trained and walks well on leash. He will need regular upkeep and grooming as his coat grows back in. He's going to make a wonderful addition to his forever family. Could that be you?
