Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tiramisu is a very beautiful three-year-old, tri-color Abyssinian guinea pig looking for a loving guardian.
Tiramisu was relinquished to Friends of Petraits Rescue when her teenage guardian became too busy with extracurricular activities to care for her pet.
She would love a partner guinea pig to share her life: either a neutered male, or female.
She eats unlimited timothy hay, a cup of fresh salad each day including cilantro, green and red leaf lettuce, parsley, and an 1/8 of a cup of guinea pig pellets.
Guinea pigs need daily vitamin C from fresh pellets, a 1-inch square of red pepper, or some of their dark leafy greens.
Please read up on guinea pig care and diet before adopting by visiting this excellent website http://www.guinealynx.info/
Tiramisu would love a home with people who will handle her daily, keep her well-fed, nails trimmed, and keep her habitat nice and clean.
If you’re interested in meeting and possibly adopting Tiramisu, please fill out the adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/guinea-pig-adoption-application/ and follow up to make an appointment by contacting friendsofpetraits@gmail.com
Her adoption fee of $25 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue Group. For an additional $50, you can purchase her 2-foot by 4-foot Midwest guinea pig habitat and a starter kit of all the supplies you’ll need to care for her.
