My name is Noel and I am a 14 week old, female tabby kitty. I am so sweet and loving! I love to spend my days playing with my sister, Hope, and cuddling on my foster Mom’s lap. I love lots of pets and receiving belly rubs. When you start petting me, I instantly begin purring. I’m a total love bug! I love to receive treats and play hide and seek on my kitty tower. If you’re looking for a sweet, loving, and friendly kitty, look no further! I am spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped! I can’t wait to meet you!
