Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Poor Daisy was rescued by Castoff Pet Rescue, she had not been well cared for. We treated her and fully vetted her and she is ready for a home!
She is a beautiful hound dog, with the most beautiful coat. She is a young adult and sadly she has been with us too long and she needs a home to call her own because the shelter stress is getting to her.
Daisy is good with most dogs and no cats, but loves people. She is an active girl, like most hounds and she loves long walks and being able to sniff. She would love a "job" or just an active family but settles down really nicely.
Please help us get her out of our shelter and into her own home where she can get the love and activity she so desperately needs!
She requires a fenced in yard with an active family. Would be better with older children due to her activity level. She would make someone a great dog given the chance. She is high strung here at the shelter because of all the others. She is FULL OF ENERGY.

More about this rescue
The mission of Castoff Pet Rescue is to save and nurture homeless dogs; to match companion animals with loving, life-long homes; to foster responsible pet care; to control overpopulation in our community through spay/neuter programs; and to assist other shelters and rescue groups in any endeavor to benefit the animals. We believe that the same kindness, compassion, and generosity we extend to our two-legged neighbors should be given to our four-legged friends because they are not able to speak for themselves.
