*Loretta had a loving home her entire life. Her human Dad is a Vietnam Veteran. His health declined recently and he’s now in a VA nursing home permanently. Lou has been his loyal companion since she was a puppy. Lou will thrive in a home where she is smothered with affection and included in all the family adventures, just like her prior life with her beloved Dad.
