Toby here! Can you hear me? 
I can hear you with my large radar ears. Some say they are my cutest quality but there is so much more to me than just my ears, read on to see if we are a match!
Toby is a 4 year old 52 lb shepherd mix. He is a smart boy 
who has had professional training so has all of his basic commands down pat. Toby has shown some guarding behaviors in the past so an owner who can be his pack leader is needed. He has lived with children though and gets along with all humans big and small.
He has been living as an only dog in his home, so we are unsure if he could live with another dog, but that’s what meet and greets are for! Cats are unknown at this time.
Toby is house and crate trained, but he is such a good boy he can be trusted outside of the crate when home alone. 
He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and preventatives and a heartworm survivor!

We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.
